Notes: We anticipate a capacity attendance with 350-380 attendees and are working towards delivering this. We are anticipating no COVID disruption, however, to safe guard the event and ensure that we can hold an in person convergence, we are managing the release of tickets and the first 250 places have been presented for Early Bird Tranche (those booking PhD Students Workshop need to get arrived 2 days earlier with booked accommodation). We are confident we can host the event at these numbers even with social distancing measure in place. We hope to then release the balance of tickets a little later when we have growing confidence of the anticipated situation in June. While we do not envisage issues, we wish to be prudent to ensure a successful event.
